Taking care of all FX payment transactions including A 1 , A2 , Inward remittance ETCc
2. Keeping track of maturities and payment related to all types of import payments.

3. Checking of SWIFT/SFMS Messages.

4. Arranging to provide data related to trade finance for preparation of RBI and H.O. reports.

5. Control of Incoming and outgoing swift/SFMS messages.

6. Monitoring all trade related trackers & registers

7. Monitoring housekeeping of files and documents.

8. Close control for all pendency of trade transactions

9. Managing the team and other items related to staff enrichment

10. Training to other staff members

11. Audit coordinator for various RBI audits

12. Any other work allocated by Management

13. Ensuring all transaction to be processed in Stipulated TAT's

14. Supporting and coordinating Mum operations team for seamless processing of Mumbai transactions

15. System closure and day end activities



Working Experience

Qualified person with minimum of 9-10 years of experience in Trade Operations, preferably in a reputed bank.



Special Skills Required



1. Good in MS Excel/PowerPoint

2. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to Trade Products.

3. Excellent communication skills
