We are seeking a strategic finance leader with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience (CA - 1st attempt preferred), who brings proven expertise in financial governance, cross-functional integration, compliance, and digital transformation.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and plays a critical part in shaping capital structuring, SPV governance, regulatory alignment, and elevating the investor finance experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Oversight
Lead full-spectrum finance operations: fund flows, treasury, taxation, audit, reconciliations, and payroll
Monitor capital deployment, inter-SPV accounting, and ensure multi-entity financial compliance
Build and oversee financial models, forecasts, investor performance dashboards, and board-level MIS
Maintain key relationships with auditors, regulators, and banking/investment partners
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure compliance and quality control across all financial workflows:
Investor onboarding (KYC, EOI validation)
PAS-4 filings and lifecycle document management
SPV setup, registration, bank/payment integrations
Annual filings, ROC compliance, and statutory coordination (AGMs, audit reports)
Conduct internal audits and implement risk and control matrices across finance operations
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage and mentor a 6-8 member finance & accounts team, fostering a culture of ownership and performance
Serve as a strategic point of contact for CXO escalations, investor financial queries, and compliance matters
Drive collaboration across Legal, Tech, Operations, Product, and Fund Management for integrated finance outcomes
Strategic Planning & KPI Management
Define and track financial KPIs and governance metrics linked to business objectives
Contribute to high-impact initiatives such as AIF utilization strategy, cost efficiency, and investor reporting optimization
Lead the evaluation and implementation of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital finance workflows
Additional Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act, Income Tax, SEBI guidelines
Experience in multi-entity accounting, capital structuring, SPV governance, and investor financial operations
Proven track record of team management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder reporting
Strong proficiency in Tally, and Excel
Strong communication and presentation skills for CXO and investor-facing roles

Chartered Accountant (CA) - 1st attempt preferred
Experience:
7-10 years post-qualification, including 3-5 years in a senior finance role
