Job Overview
As our AVP / Director - Business (Customer Retention), you will lead our player retention efforts at Junglee Games, one of Asiaxe2x80x99s fastest-growing, tech-first gaming companies. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will maximise player lifetime value by driving retention strategies, engagement programs, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
xe2x97x8f Proven experience (7+ years) in retention, customer lifecycle marketing, or CRM within gaming, tech, or a consumer-driven digital industry.
xe2x97x8fRetention Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies to improve player engagement, reduce churn, and maximize LTV.
xe2x97x8f Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage player data, behavioral analytics, and segmentation to create personalized retention campaigns and refine engagement strategies.
xe2x97x8f Lifecycle Marketing Programs: Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and win-back campaigns.
xe2x97x8f Content & Feature Optimization: Work with product and content teams to enhance in-game features, offers, and content to drive continuous engagement.
xe2x97x8f Community Building & Engagement: Develop initiatives to build strong player communities, enhance loyalty, and create deep brand connections.
xe2x97x8f Retention Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel retention campaigns across email, push notifications, in-game messaging, and social platforms.
xe2x97x8f Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Experience teams to align retention initiatives with broader company goals.
xe2x97x8f Strategic & Creative Thinking: Drive innovative and creative retention strategies that differentiate us in the gaming industry. Qualifications & Skills Required
xe2x97x8f Strong analytical skills xe2x80x93 ability to interpret complex player data, A/B test results, and performance metrics to optimize retention strategies.
xe2x97x8f Expertise in player segmentation, cohort analysis, and personalization techniques to drive targeted engagement.
xe2x97x8f Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-game messaging.
xe2x97x8f A deep understanding of player psychology, behavioral triggers, and gamification techniques.
xe2x97x8f Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively across product and CX teams.
xe2x97x8f High resilience, influential skills, strategic mindset, and creativity to drive continuous innovation in retention efforts.
xe2x97x8f Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards is a plus.
