AVP Data, Analytics & AI Delivery Lead - 16+ years - Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Mobilize GCOE capabilities to deliver the Data, Analytics & AI strategy.
• Partner with GBS Data, Analytics & AI teams to execute strategic priorities, including data ingestion, integration, asset creation, and reporting.
• Lead agile delivery of data and AI initiatives, managing backlogs, prioritization, and execution.
• Implement a modern data & analytics platform, ensuring best practices in data modeling, visualization, and UX.
• Drive data governance, profiling, and remediation of data quality issues.
• Deliver AI / Gen AI use cases to boost efficiency, agility, and insights.
• Mentor and train the GCOE team while staying ahead of industry best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data management, strategy, and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra (Informatica, Reltio a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, and UI/UX principles.
• Deep knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
• Proven success in Agile delivery of data products and use case-driven backlog management.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
