Role:Candidate will be responsible for driving Trade credit & Political risk initiative for the company. He/she should have a fair idea of TC and PRI as a product. Role will be strategic in nature wherein the person will be responsible for P&L and driving sales and onboarding corporates/Banks with TC requirement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Focus on sales, cross-sell & up-sell opportunity to new and existing customers- Business Development responsible for increasing share of business in the assigned customer segment/ geographies.- Sales through relationship management- Competitor analysis for giving professional advice to customereducating the customer about the product to create awareness and need based selling.- Coordination with other departments such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and placement.- Actively liaise with internal/ external stakeholders towards structuring large & specialized product deals.- Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelinesOTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain a congenial work environmentMarket Intelligence - Identify potential threats and opportunities.Maintain the brand image of the organizationMEASURES OF SUCCESS- Successful completion of cross-sell/ up-sell Business Goals month on month- Excellent communication skills and confident attitude to talk to CXO level and CMD level employees- Complaint Resolution /Customer satisfaction / servicing of your customer by being single point of contactQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- Minimum 12+ year's exposure in General Insurance products.- Experience in sales of TC would be an added advantage- Right attitude and passion for sales is a must.
