OBJECTIVE:




Location: Koregaon Park, Pune Company: Advani Realty Experience: 10+ years in commercial office and ultra-premium residential sales/leasing.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




Responsible for driving sales and leasing for commercial office space (1 million sq. ft.) and ultra-premium residential units in the new project, Platinum One. Focus on HNI, NRI, and corporate clients Lead commercial office sales and leasing as well as ultra-premium residential sales. Identify and engage HNI, NRI, and corporate clients for both segments. Plan and implement business development strategies for maximum revenue. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and market influencers. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:




10+ years in commercial office and ultra-premium residential sales/leasing. Proven ability to close high-value deals with HNI/NRI clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Deep understanding of Pune real estate market. Experience managing multiple projects and a small team is preferred
