ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced AVP - Commercial Office Leasing to lead leasing efforts for our 1 million sq. ft. of commercial office space. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market. Plan and execute leasing strategies to achieve full occupancy across the commercial portfolio. Identify, approach, and engage potential tenants, including corporates and businesses. Build and maintain relationships with real estate consultants, brokers, and corporate decision-makers. Negotiate lease terms, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and rental benchmarks to inform strategy. Coordinate internally with marketing, legal, and operations teams for seamless leasing execution. Track and report on leasing performance and pipeline to senior management.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Minimum 12+ years of experience in commercial office leasing in Pune or comparable markets. Proven track record of leasing high-value office spaces. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead initiatives independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with Pune real estate market trends is preferred.
