The Policy Implementation Specialists will support the regional PI Managers with the following operational activities:
Business
Performing Business Impact Assessments (BIA) related to local Country Addenda across CDD, Screening and Financial Crime Information Sharing standards;
Raising changes requests in the relevant systems to embed local requirements in the production environment, and performing acceptance testing;
Engaging with in-country IMO teams to define and operationalise process changes arising from new or evolving requirements;
Providing support to training and communications.

Our Ideal Candidate
Experience in service delivery and/or change management, preferably in risk or compliance related activities;
Data analysis and presentation skills, fluency in MS Excel;
Broad understanding of the dynamics of financial regulation highly desirable;
Ability to work autonomously to strict timelines, to report progress and escalate issues;
Intellectual curiosity, ability and willingness to learn;
Lateral and critical thinking;
Strong interpersonal skills supporting the ability to create effective work relationships across a diverse range of functions and geographies;
