Job Description

Strategy

  • The Policy Implementation Specialists will support the regional PI Managers with the following operational activities:
Business

Performing Business Impact Assessments (BIA) related to local Country Addenda across CDD, Screening and Financial Crime Information Sharing standards;
  • Raising changes requests in the relevant systems to embed local requirements in the production environment, and performing acceptance testing;
  • Engaging with in-country IMO teams to define and operationalise process changes arising from new or evolving requirements;
  • Providing support to training and communications.

  • Subject matter expertise in CCIB CDD

  • Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking
  • Build strong relationship with regional PI leads and stakeholders including CLDM governance/CFCC/CET/IMO/Risk managers etc
Risk Management
  • Identifies areas for process improvement / Risk Mitigants and provide suggestions to mitigate the risk by identifying the gaps within the process (if any).

  • Be an effective link between Group team, hub teams and countries

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience in service delivery and/or change management, preferably in risk or compliance related activities;
  • Data analysis and presentation skills, fluency in MS Excel;
  • Broad understanding of the dynamics of financial regulation highly desirable;
  • Ability to work autonomously to strict timelines, to report progress and escalate issues;
  • Intellectual curiosity, ability and willingness to learn;
  • Lateral and critical thinking;
  • Strong interpersonal skills supporting the ability to create effective work relationships across a diverse range of functions and geographies;
  • Proactive and positive with the ability to make good decisions, and to use independent judgement;
  • Focused, organised and results-oriented;
  • Assertive, tenacious and willing to challenge when required.
  • Strong written & oral communication skills;
  • AML certification like ACAMS/ICA Certification desirable
