Role Summary




We're looking for an AVP - Business Strategy and Operations for our Sales vertical. You'll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the business, including revenue, customer engagement, and retention. This is a leadership role where you'll define strategy, drive execution, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve growth.

Key Responsibilities




Business Ownership & Strategy

Own the P&L (profit and loss) for your vertical and deliver growth. Define go-to-market strategy, customer segments, and value propositions. Create quarterly and annual business plans aligned with company goals. Work with Product & Marketing to shape pricing, packaging, and positioning.

Sales & Expansion


Drive end-to-end sales: outbound targetingclosure. Set and achieve sales targets; grow pipeline and improve conversion rates. Work with Sales Enablement on onboarding, training, and sales tools. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Customer Engagement & Retention

Lead Customer Success and Account Management teams. Ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term value delivery. Build strong executive-level client relationships to drive renewals and expansion.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead a team of Sales Managers, CSMs, Renewal Managers, and Analysts. Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability. Partner with Product & Tech teams to share customer needs and close gaps.

Process & Metrics

Own weekly reviews on sales, success, and renewals across the vertical. Set up dashboards and reports to track business KPIs and customer health. Use data to run experiments, improve ROI, and inform strategic shifts.

What We're Looking For?



6 - 10 years of experience in business strategy, P&L ownership, or sales leadership. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Renewals). Experience in SaaS or enterprise sales is strongly preferred. Data-driven mindset; strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
