Position Overview We are looking to onboard a dynamic techno-commercial professional who brings a unique blend of civil site engineering expertise and business development acumen within the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction project execution along with a strategic mindset for client acquisition and revenue growth. This dual capability is crucial to understand technical intricacies during inspections and to confidently engage with senior stakeholders at leading real estate firms. If you're someone who can walk the site with engineers and walk into a boardroom with CXOs we want to talk to you. Development and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Own the Entire Client Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end client engagement -- from initial outreach, pitch presentation, and proposal negotiation to final deal closure and post sales service coordination. Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand client requirements deeply and offer customized inspection solutions that align with PropChk's value proposition. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and key decision-makers in the construction and real estate space. Bridge Technical & Commercial Expertise: Leverage your on-ground civil engineering knowledge to communicate technical details effectively while aligning with business goals. Revenue Ownership: Drive sales targets across assigned regions, track KPIs, and report performance directly to the CEO. Market Development: Identify emerging opportunities, generate leads through market intelligence, and contribute to expansion strategies in key real estate hubs.
