Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business DevelopmentLeader to join our growing and energetic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating BANT qualified leads for IT services, managing a lead generation team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for designing and executing lead generation strategies and Outbound campaigns that deliver measurable results and support our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel lead generation strategies (email campaigns, social media, content marketing, webinars, events, etc.) tailored for IT services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of lead generation specialists.
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation and execution of targeted campaigns to generate BANT qualified leads from various industries and geographies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation activities with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loop.
Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content and messaging for lead nurturing.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve lead generation efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and document best practices and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in lead generation for IT services companies.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions (e.g., software development, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and lead generation tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and marketing automation is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working in international markets (US, Europe, MENA ).
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
