Trains students in aviation basics, hospitality, customer service, grooming, and professional behaviour required for cabin crew & ground staff roles.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classes on aviation, airline operations, hospitality, and customer service.
Train students in grooming, body language, communication, and safety procedures.
Prepare students for interviews, GDs, and airline selection rounds.
Conduct practical activities: announcements, role-plays, mock drills, and service simulations.
Mentor students individually and track their performance.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and maintain class records.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi).
Professional grooming and presentable personality.
Knowledge of aviation/hospitality industry standards.
Teaching/training/public speaking skills.
Qualification
Graduate (Aviation / Hospitality / Tourism preferred).
1-2 years of industry or training experience.
Optional: Ex-Cabin Crew candidates will be preferred.
