Fly Vimana Aviation Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Aviation & Hospitality Trainer to train students in Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Hospitality Management, and Travel & Tourism. The ideal candidate should have industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to mentor aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on aviation, hospitality, and tourism. Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations. Train students in grooming, personality development, and customer service. Assess student performance and provide feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training. Ensure a professional and interactive learning environment.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aviation, hospitality, or travel & tourism. Prior experience as a trainer or instructor preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of airline operations, airport procedures, customer service, and hospitality management. Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
