Hiring for Avature application configuration- Hyderabad
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Avature Configuration Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Avature platform to support talent acquisition, onboarding, CRM, and other HR business processes. You will work closely with HR, IT, and project stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
?Y> Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Avature modules based on business requirements (Workflows, Portals, Emails, Forms, Dashboards, Reports, etc.).
Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze system and process requirements.
Create, test, and deploy configurations and workflows in Avature.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues.
Support system updates, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Perform quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure reliability of configurations.
Provide documentation and training materials to support end-users.
Liaise with Avature support for escalated issues or enhancement requests.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Avature platform configuration.
Strong understanding of ATS / CRM system configuration and HR processes.
Experience with workflow automation, form building, and portal design.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
