Roles and Responsibilities of an AV WriterRoles

Act as the creative bridge between

client requirements

and

final audio-visual content

. Develop

concepts, storylines, and scripts

that align with the client's communication objectives. Ensure the AV content is

engaging, impactful, and brand-focused

. Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to bring the script to life. Maintain

clear communication with clients

throughout the project cycle.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering

Connect with clients to understand their brief, objectives, and target audience. Ask the right questions to capture the exact tone, style, and message required. Translate client inputs into creative concepts and storyboards.

Concept & Script Development

Create original ideas and scripts for corporate films, advertisements, explainer videos, and event AVs. Write engaging

voice-over scripts, dialogues, and narratives

tailored to the client's purpose. Suggest suitable

visuals, music, and graphics flow

to enhance storytelling.

Execution & Project Coordination

Share concepts and scripts with clients for approval and incorporate feedback. Work closely with designers, video editors, and production teams to align visuals with the script. Ensure smooth flow of information between client and internal teams.

Quality & Timely Delivery

Deliver high-quality, error-free, and engaging scripts within deadlines. Ensure the final AV product matches client expectations and project goals. Review the final output before delivery to maintain

creative and technical accuracy

.

Ongoing Support

Provide script revisions and adaptations as per project needs. Stay updated with storytelling trends, AV formats, and new creative techniques.

Pay: ₹20,815.17 - ₹30,946.62 per month
