AV Technician

jOB DESCRIPTION

Technician will be responsible for set up and install audio/video solutions, configure product installations and provide outstanding customer service, troubleshoot of equipment's etc and report to Project Manager.

Key Responsibilty Areas

The primary job of technicians is to set up and install media equipment such as LCD projectors, speakers, Amplifiers, DSP including cabling and conduiting

Technicians must provide outstanding customer service and develop working relationships with their clients.

A key duty of technicians is to execute a flawless event from a media standpoint. The most successful technician's problem-solve and handle equipment malfunctions well, even under pressure.

They focus on making sure their systems are working properly. When something goes wrong, technicians troubleshoot without showing concern to customers.

Key Performance INDICATORS

Some of the key indicators that would measure the efficiency of the Technician include:

Technicians clean and maintain equipment and are tasked with reporting damages to their manager

Performing electronic repair, installation, and maintenance is the job of technicians

MIS report for weekly, monthly and quarterly of site visit, installation and trouble shooting.

Skills AND EXPERIENCE Required for the Job

Troubleshooting - technicians troubleshoot all equipment issues in a timely manner. Successful technicians strive to exceed expectations

Customer service - interfacing with customers and guests on-site to make sure their desires are met and that equipment is functioning is a major responsibility of these technicians

Organization skills - being organized is a requirement for technicians due to the tools, wiring, cables, and parts that they must methodically sort and install.

Freshers diploma/engineering

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
