Role Overview

:

We're looking for a proactive and technically sound AV Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems.

Responsibilities

:

Install, configure, and service Audio Visual systems including video conferencing, displays, control systems, and sound solutions. Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and coordinate with project and sales teams for execution. Troubleshoot system issues remotely and on-site to minimize downtime. Perform preventive maintenance checks and ensure timely service support for clients. Maintain documentation for installations, service logs, and warranty claims.

Qualifications

:

Diploma / EEE / ECE / IT / CSE Graduates 0-5 years of hands-on experience in the AV / UC industry Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and client-handling abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. Willingness to travel for client site support
