The AV Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering audiovisual and communication system projects from initiation through close-out. This role manages schedules, budgets, resources, and client relationships to ensure high-quality, on-time, and compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple AV installation and integration projects simultaneously
Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams
Oversee site activities, installation quality, safety, and timelines
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation
Track project progress and provide regular status reports
Supervise installation teams (union and non-union) and subcontractors
Ensure client satisfaction, training, project sign-off, and close-out
Support invoicing and project financial tracking
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience managing large-scale AV projects
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
CTS certification preferred
BE or related technical degree preferred
