Audio Visual (AV) Operator

:

The Engineer for Audio Visual (AV) will be responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of AV systems across various client sites. This role involves ensuring the smooth functionality of all AV equipment, responding to service requests, coordinating with clients and vendors, and maintaining high standards of system performance. The engineer will also oversee routine inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure quick resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment, including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, and control systems. Respond to client service requests, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions. Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for equipment repairs, replacements, and warranty claims. Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance reports, and equipment records.
Qualification Required : Should have Diploma Electrical/ B. Tech in Electrical/ IT Engineering with 2-4 years of experience
