As an AV & End User Support Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining AV infrastructure, supporting end-user devices, and collaborating with global IT teams to uphold service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive checks of AV and conferencing equipment
Provide live, in-person technical support during meetings
Manage inventory and update asset systems
Decommission outdated equipment and maintain documentation
Support laptops, mobile devices, and basic hardware/software tasks
Participate in IT rollouts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Coordinate with ServiceDesk and international support teams
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years in AV/meeting room and end-user IT support
Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, Windows 10/11, Office 365, iOS
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Experience in global support and 24/7 environments
