The ECU is a state-of-the-art ADAS ECU with feature Development and Maintenance of generic software modules for both classic AUTOSAR and adaptive AUTOSAR. These modules are integrated into 30+ ECUs from different Tier1 & TIer2s with different stacks to run an OEM specific diagnostics and enhanced functionalities on top of AUTOSAR We are providing expert AUTOSAR solutions to our client in the following areas: Ethernet Diagnostics, Remote Software Update, Snapshot Recorder, Crowd Data Collector, Diagnostics Response handler, Onboard Diagnostics Manager, Emission Diagnostics Control Handler and more. Join our international team of developers located around the world, the existing team size is 5 people which we want to extend to 7 and work on an essential AUTOSAR Platform Software which will run in 30+ ECUs in millions of premium vehicles.
Responsibilities
Handling Classic AutoSAR integration
Software Design and Development: Designing and developing software components based on AUTOSAR specifications. Integration: Integrating AUTOSAR software modules, including BSW (Basic Software), RTE (Runtime Environment), and SWC (Software Components).
Diagnostic domain knowledge and Configuration: Configuring AUTOSAR layers and middleware stacks especially DCM/DEM and all Diagnostic related modules.
Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of software to ensure performance and reliability.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration. Tools Proficiency: Utilizing AUTOSAR toolchains such as DaVinci Developer, DaVinci Configurator Pro, and Vector CANoe.
Embedded Software Development: Proficient in embedded software development using languages like C, C++, Make file, Batch file and test automation exp. with a focus on automotive applications.
Deep understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, including BSW, RTE, and SWC. Communication Protocols: Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN, and diagnostics protocols like UDS.
Software Development Life Cycle: Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements to testing and deployment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address integration challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving automotive architectures.
