Job Description

Luxe Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Technician to lead our premium automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with high-end vehicles and possess in-depth technical knowledge of all vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in all repair and maintenance services. Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues across a wide range of premium vehicle brands. Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians and junior staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workshop. Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with premium or luxury vehicle brands (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.). Comprehensive technical expertise across all automotive systems (mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, etc.). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.
