Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to understand their car problems or service needs

Open job cards and explain repair/service requirements

Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely job delivery

Prepare estimates and explain billing

Handle follow-up calls and maintain service records

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business

Support insurance claim documentation (training provided)

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Automobile Engineering (mandatory)

Good communication skills (Bengali & Hindi required; English preferred)

Basic knowledge of car systems and repairs

Customer-first attitude

Familiarity with MS Excel or apps like AppSheet is a plus
