Service Advisor
to manage service bookings, customer communication, and workshop coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service needs
Open job cards and coordinate with technicians
Explain service details, estimates, and timelines to customers
Ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery
Maintain service records and follow up for feedback
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma holder (Automobile preferred)
1-2 years of experience in service/customer handling (Two-Wheeler preferred)
Good communication and computer skills
Automobile knowledge is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to understand their motorcycle problems or service needs
Open job cards and explain repair/service requirements
Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely job delivery
Prepare estimates and explain billing
Handle follow-up calls and maintain service records
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Automobile Engineering (mandatory)
Good communication skills (Bengali & Hindi required)
Basic knowledge of Two- wheeler systems and repairs
Customer-first attitude
Computer knowledge.

Pay: ?9,500.00 - ?12,500.00 per month
