We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable
Service Advisor
to join our team. As the primary point of contact for service customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience by communicating effectively between customers and the service team. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers professionally and gather information about their service needs.
Accurately document vehicle issues and create repair orders.
Provide estimates for service and repair costs; obtain customer approvals.
Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services.
Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and associated costs to customers.
Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles during service.
Handle warranty and insurance claims processing.
Close repair orders and process invoices and payments.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain service records and follow up with customers for future services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical training preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive role.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
Experience with dealership or shop management systems (DMS).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
