Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers in the service department. Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate services. Prepare job cards and clearly explain service/repair details. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery. Provide accurate estimates and regular updates to customers. Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Freshers

: Open to graduates/diploma holders (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).

Experienced candidates (up to 5 years)

: Must have relevant

Service Advisor experience

in the automobile industry. Strong communication and customer service skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of automobiles preferred.
