Automotive Service Advisor Job:

Ather Asansol - Nigha Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Spare Parts Inventory efficiently.

Handle DMS operations - job cards, inwarding, service claims, and timely warranty processing.

Provide excellent customer service to Ather owners.

Conduct PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) of vehicles on time.

Ensure completion of Delivery Checklists at the time of sales.

Keep vehicles software updated regularly.

Coordinate closely with Service Technicians.

Process Accidental/Insurance Claims accurately.

Carry out Monthly Service Calling and follow-ups.

Must be laptop-savvy and system-oriented.

Qualification:

B.Tech or Graduate with 2-wheeler service experience preferred.
