What you will do.
Manage and grow lubricant sales through channel distribution networks, including distributors, dealers, retailers, workshops, and OEM trade partners.
Appoint, develop, and monitor distributors and sub-dealers to ensure optimal market coverage and effective secondary sales execution.
Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and collection targets in line with the annual business plan.
Monitor primary and secondary sales performance, distributor stock levels, and overall channel health.
Expand market reach by onboarding new channel partners and increasing outlet penetration across assigned territories.
Drive lubricant sales growth by managing contracts with large fleet and industrial customers, ensuring long-term business relationships.
What we are looking for.
Strong expertise in automotive lubricant channel distribution and fleet sales
Sound understanding of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and cost management
Proven ability to manage distributor networks and large customer contracts
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills
Results-driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and collections
