Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced FOTA Lead to lead the design and evaluation of FOTA architecture. In this role, you will define the end-to-end system responsible for delivering secure, reliable and scalable software updates to all vehicle ECUs and compute platforms - from cloud to car.

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Work Location: India (Need to travel around the globe as per the project requirement)

Education: B.Tech, B.E, MCA, BCA, Diploma in Computer EngineeringElectronicsCommunication Engineering

Language Competency: English

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design and management teams for successful delivery of FOTA requirements, and related specifications Identify and mitigate potential FOTA related issues to prevent financial and business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, cybersecurity, diagnostic and cloud services to deliver integrated vehicle solutions Facilitate architectural/design reviews and technical leadership to development teams. Work closely with validation and verification teams to ensure robust testing and diagnostics of gateway and related ECU functions.

Primary Skills/Requirements

Experience in FOTA specifications for Automotive Deep knowledge in cloud architecture for FOTA Experience in automotive ECU software architecture for Digital Cockpit/BCM/Gateway Experience in vehicle networking such as CAN/LIN/Ethernet etc. Experience in vehicle network architecture and multi-ECU interactions Knowledge in protocols like UDS and DoIP. Communication and stakeholder management Knowledge of Ethernet-based communication (e.g., SOME/IP, DoIP) * Knowledge of regulations like UNECE R156.
