Job Desc Should be able to diagnose EV & HEV vehicle independently, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in vehicles, create content for Guided trouble shooting.Must Have Skills o Research and create high-quality, informative, and engaging automotive content using different Authoring tools. o Strong knowledge of Electric & Hybrid Vehicle. o Familiarity with tools, equipment, and procedures related to removal & refit is important. This knowledge will allow to create informative and instructional content. o Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems problems in Vehicle using different testers & Diagnoses tools. o Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) identification and understanding the specific error code that has been generated. o Conduct vehicle testing, including Individual component testing. Proficiency in using automotive testing and diagnostic equipment, such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and oscilloscopes. o Understanding of automotive electrical system wiring diagram, wire color codes, connectors, and components and its functionalities. Including understanding symbols & DIN standards o Maintain detailed document records of system tests, Removal & refit procedures, and results for reference and guidelines.Good to have Skills o Use of OE testers & OE descriptions o OBD - II standards o Guided troubleshooting SKILL PRIORITY SKILL-1 HV & EV ( Workshop Knowledge)SKILL-2 Guided trouble shooting of fault codes SKILL-3 OBD- II standards SKILL-4 DIN standards in wiring diagram CERTIFICATION REQUIREDo Relevant certification in High voltage system handling
