Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across all regions in India.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for lubricants, auto parts, grease, tyres, batteries, and body parts.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen presence in existing ones.
2. Dealer & Distributor Management
Appoint, train, and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Build long-term relationships with automotive retailers, workshops, fleet owners, and OEM suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and product positioning strategies.
3. Product Promotion & Branding
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Conduct product training sessions for dealers and sales teams.
Provide market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
4. Strategic Planning & Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
Forecast sales trends and set regional targets.
Work closely with the management team to develop new product lines and expand offerings.
5. Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and after-sales issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of the Indian automotive aftermarket industry.
Proven experience in B2B & channel sales (lubricants, auto parts, tyres, batteries preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively across India.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
