Core Responsibilities

Needs Assessment:

Identify skill gaps and training requirements through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with management.

Program Development:

Design and develop training programs, curriculum, and materials, including lesson plans and instructional content.

Training Delivery:

Conduct workshops, seminars, and sessions to teach new skills and knowledge.

Coaching & Mentoring:

Provide one-on-one support and guidance to individuals, helping them apply new concepts and skills.

Evaluation & Feedback:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide ongoing feedback to participants and stakeholders.

Progress Monitoring:

Track and document participant progress and performance, adjusting goals and plans as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
