Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Minimum

2+ years of experience

in the mechanical or automobile industry, with a strong focus on

technical processes

Key Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the

automobile industry

Hands-on experience in

mechanical

and

automobile technical domains

Experience with

vehicle systems

, including

wiring harnesses

electrical components

, and

diagnostic troubleshooting

Strong capabilities in

troubleshooting

and providing

remote technical support

to service advisors

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound queries

from dealers and provide

Level 1 (L1)

support for technical issues, with the ability to assist on

Level 2 (L2)

concerns when needed

Perform

daily follow-ups

on open/pending issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

Make

outbound calls

, if necessary, to confirm

issue closure

and gather

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

feedback

Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and pending actions in the designated tracking system

Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure smooth workflow across departments
