Diagnose faults in electric drivetrains, batteries, controllers, chargers, and wiring systems.
Perform maintenance and repair work on electric scooters, bikes, and e-rickshaws.
Inspect and test battery health, voltage, and charging performance using diagnostic tools.
Replace or repair defective electrical and mechanical components such as motors, throttles, controllers, and sensors.
Calibrate and update vehicle software or firmware when required.
Conduct periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and performance tuning of EVs.
Maintain proper documentation of repair and service activities.
Follow all safety standards and procedures when handling high-voltage systems.
Provide technical advice and service reports to customers and supervisors.
Stay updated on new EV technologies, tools, and diagnostic procedures.
