Full job description
Stay updated on product features, services, and promotions to answer questions effectively.
Educate customers on the benefits and features of products and services.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Address complaints and offer solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Submit regular reports to supervisors regarding performance, calls made, leads generated, and customer feedback.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Accurate data entry and handling customer information responsibly.
Handling multiple calls and administrative tasks simultaneously.
