Sales Trainer

Job Details:

Experience Required:

5-10 years of trainer experience in automotive brand.

Specialized Knowledge:

Communication skills, excellent people management skills, team player, sensitive to training needs of the staff, knowledge of MS office and training methodology and trends in training.

Job Role:

Conduct Foundation Training on Brand through E-Training for all new sales staff Conduct Internal Orientation training for Sales and Customer Service staff Conduct Basic Auto Technology Module and Test as per MB India guidelines Ensure implementation of On Job Training through Training Log Books Conduct Product and Sales Process Training with role plays at dealerships Train the team on product launch updates and competition comparison On the job training and shadowing for Sales staff to improve conversion and productivity Conduct training to Car Delivery Executive & On Road Assistance as and when required To design, conduct & monitor timely evaluations after the training has been imparted
Coordination with MB Academy Team on Training Needs
To get updated information on Products and Processes in terms of Training Content from MB Sales Training.
