Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Motivation:

Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and improve lead conversion.

Performance Management:

Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Training & Development:

Conducting training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Process Oversight:

Overseeing the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and service, to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.

Reporting & Analysis:

Tracking key sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback to management.

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
