Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to consistently achieve sales targets.
Track and evaluate team performance on a daily basis and provide ongoing training and support.
Cultivate long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support the team in handling high-value sales and resolving customer concerns effectively.
Plan and implement sales strategies, marketing promotions, and local campaigns.
Coordinate with finance, service, and logistics departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Regularly update management with sales reports and performance metrics.
Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2-4 years of relevant experience in automobile sales, including at least 1 year in a team lead role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valid
2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license

Strong command of Malayalam and English, and familiarity with the local market.
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as required.
