Key Responsibilities
Sell new / used vehicles to walk-in and inquiry-based customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
Explain product features, pricing, finance options, and offers clearly
Handle walk-ins, calls, online leads, and showroom inquiries
Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist customers with documentation, booking, and delivery process
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is preferred (12th pass can also be considered)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Good communication skills (English / Hindi / local language)
Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented personality
Strong interest in automobiles and customer interaction
Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in automobile, retail, or field sales is an advantage
Good negotiation and closing skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage is a plus
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
