Sales Executive at 2COMS Consultancy Pvt Ltd

  • Maintaining a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times.
  • Managing leads by generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
  • Recording customer inquiries with complete details in the system.
  • Demonstrating the features of the scooter to potential customers.
  • Conducting test rides and effectively converting them into final sales.
  • Addressing customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more.
  • Closing sales and following up with customers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achieving a high percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.
  • Achieving a high percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides.
  • Adhering to processes and standard operating procedures without deviation.
  • Providing excellent customer experience with no negative feedback.
  • Maintaining a high customer experience rating.
Requirements
  • Sales expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred
  • Qualification - 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
