Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets as assigned
Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models
Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, finance, and insurance options
Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and digital platforms
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/DMS systems
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and explain post-sales support and service schedules
Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
Required Qualifications
Graduate or 12th pass
Proven experience in automobile sales preferred (freshers may apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Valid driving license
