Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
Negotiate pricing and terms in line with dealership policies.
Prepare sales contracts and complete necessary paperwork.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain showroom and vehicle display standards.
