Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in and telephonic customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, EMI, and exchange options Arrange and coordinate test drives Follow up with interested leads and existing customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales registers Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for documentation Ensure timely delivery of vehicles Build long-term relationships with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Good communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of automobiles (training will be provided) Ability to work with targets and deadlines Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude
