Minimum Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5

-10 Years of Experience

in Automobile / Workshop Management

Key Requirements (Must Have):

Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems (Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Suspension, Electricals etc.) Experience in

Team Handling / Supervising Mechanics & Technicians

Ability to plan & allocate daily work in the workshop

Client dealing, Job Card preparation & Billing knowledge

Knowledge of

spare parts, maintenance schedules & quality standards

Good knowledge of

Computer & MS Office

Responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day workshop operations Monitoring repair, maintenance & servicing of vehicles Ensuring proper use of tools, spare parts & consumables Preparing Daily Work Reports & Job Cards Handling Client Queries & Ensuring Timely Delivery Managing Subordinate Staff (Mechanics, Helpers, Technicians) Ensuring quality standards and safety procedures in the workshop Reporting to Management about workshop activities

Skills Required:

Technical expertise in automobiles Team leadership & manpower management Communication & coordination skills Knowledge of billing, reporting & documentation Problem-solving & decision-making ability

Salary Range:

?25000 - ?35,000 (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)
