Job Description

Curriculum and content development:

Design and create comprehensive training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and videos, covering EV technology, systems, and maintenance.

Training delivery:

Conduct both classroom and practical, hands-on training sessions for various audiences, including technicians, drivers, and students.

Instruction and demonstration:

Teach participants about EV components, safety procedures (especially high-voltage systems), diagnostics, and efficient operation.

Needs assessment:

Evaluate the training needs of participants and customize programs to meet specific skill gaps or learning objectives.

Assessment and evaluation:

Develop and administer assessments to measure participant proficiency and knowledge, and provide feedback.

Staying current:

Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements, industry trends, and regulations in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle sector.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
