Job Description

1. Product Data and Technical Validation

Review and verify technical specifications, dimensions, and compatibility of vehicle spare parts before listing. Develop and maintain a

standardized database

for parts classification using OEM references and engineering drawings. Cross-check supplier-provided data for engineering accuracy and compliance.

2. Supplier Coordination

Liaise with manufacturers and distributors to obtain

accurate engineering documentation

(CAD models, material data sheets, test results). Evaluate suppliers based on product quality, technical standards, and certification compliance (ISO, SAE, etc.).

3. Quality Assurance

Implement

quality control protocols

for incoming and shipped products. Identify potential product defects and work with vendors to resolve technical issues. Establish testing criteria for high-demand components such as suspension parts, filters, or brake systems.

4. Platform & Process Optimization

Support software and data teams by providing

technical mappings

(part numbers, cross-reference compatibility). Suggest improvements for the

cataloguing and filtering system

to enhance user experience and product accuracy. Provide engineering input for AI-driven recommendation and inventory systems.

5. Customer Support & After-Sales Assistance

Provide technical assistance to customer support teams for part-fitment queries or returns. Analyze customer feedback and warranty claims to identify recurring mechanical or compatibility issues.
