Lords Automative Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automobile Design Engineer with expertise in 2D/3D CAD design, modeling, and jig designing. The role involves developing accurate 3D models, converting scanned data to CAD, and preparing essential design documentation for automotive projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop 2D and 3D models for automotive components.
Perform 3D modeling (Automobile) using CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX.
Execute scanning to modeling and convert surface data into 3D models.
Work on skin panel to thickening processes for accurate modeling.
Design jigs and fixtures for automotive components.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain project documentation.
Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to design activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Strong knowledge of 2D/3D design and modeling software.
Hands-on experience in automotive 3D modeling and jig design.
Good understanding of scanning to CAD conversion.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong technical mindset.
