Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing relationships with bank branches and their staff.
Cross-selling other financial products to bank customers.
Monitoring the performance of bank representatives and deepening relationships with existing clients.
Acting as a liaison between the company and the bank to resolve any issues or concerns.
Business Development:
Sourcing vehicle finance business through bank channels.
Meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
Developing and implementing strategies for increased market penetration and portfolio growth.
Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Process Management:
Handling end-to-end vehicle finance processes, from login to disbursement.
Liaising with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations.
Ensuring compliance with vehicle finance regulations and company policies.
Identifying and addressing process gaps to improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in vehicle finance or a similar role, preferably with a bank or NBFC.
Strong understanding of vehicle finance processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
