Job Summary:

The Automation Trainer is responsible for delivering hands-on training in industrial automation technologies, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA systems, HMI, sensors, drives, and robotics. The role involves designing course material, conducting workshops, and evaluating trainees' performance to prepare them for careers in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training modules on: PLC programming ( Delta, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider) SCADA & HMI systems Industrial sensors, actuators, and control systems Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Robotics (optional) Conduct classroom and practical lab sessions for students, technicians, or corporate trainees. Provide one-on-one mentoring or doubt-clearing sessions. Stay updated with the latest industrial automation trends and technologies. Evaluate trainees through tests, assignments, and practical demonstrations. Support the setup and maintenance of training labs and equipment. Collaborate with academic institutions or industries for training programs or curriculum development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, etc.) Familiarity with SCADA software (e.g., WinCC, Wonderware, iFIX) Knowledge of automation protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) Good communication and presentation skills Experience in technical training or teaching is a plus

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?16,500.00 per month
