About the Role

IBS Software is looking for experienced

Automation Testing professionals

who are passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-quality test automation solutions. In this role, you will drive automation strategy, develop robust frameworks, and ensure flawless delivery across complex enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automation test scripts using

Selenium

and

TestNG

. Define and implement automation frameworks aligned with project goals. Identify and prioritize test cases suitable for automation. Execute automated test suites and analyse results to ensure product quality. Develop and maintain

Web Services and API automation

using

SOAP UI

or similar tools. Integrate automation test suites with

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, ANT)

. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to improve test coverage and efficiency. Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new automation tools and approaches. Prepare and present automation execution reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Continuously maintain and enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.

Required Skills

4-10 years of experience

in

Selenium Automation with Java

. Expertise in

TestNG

and

Automation Framework design, maintenance, and optimization

. Strong hands-on experience in

SOAP UI

and

API automation

. Good knowledge of

Jenkins

,

Maven

, or

ANT

for CI/CD integration. Understanding of

DevOps workflows

and continuous testing practices. Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Experience in effort estimation and contributing to test planning.

Nice to Have

Exposure to

Agile/Scrum

environments. Working knowledge of

DevOps tools

and cloud-based testing setups. Prior

onshore experience

or direct

customer engagement
